Nicholson Construction Company 2008 Vibro Ground Improvement Seminars
Grand Rapids, Chicago, Minneapolis, St. Louis

Ground improvement is the process of modifying the ground in-situ without the introduction of chemicals or hardening materials.  It is routinely considered on most projects where poor or unstable soils are encountered, especially on sites underlain by suspect or uncontrolled fills, as well as sites with soft or loose soils.

What Will be Covered

At these two-hour complimentary seminars, our experts will provide a comprehensive overview of vibro ground improvement techniques including stone columns and vibro-compaction. Our speakers will address all aspects of ground improvement, from history and design, to quality control and equipment. Several project case studies will be presented.
